FIELD: medicine, juvenile traumatology and orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: upon intact vertebrae it is necessary to apply two supporting elements, as, at least, one supporting element one should apply a screw to be applied in area being about 2-3 mm medially against the middle of the line connecting neighboring articular processes so, that it comes through the arch' stem into vertebral body being parallel to closing plates. Supporting elements should be connected with the rod to fulfill compression along rods. The innovation provides a full-value correction of large-degree deformations without risk for the fracture between the vertebral arch' stem and its body along growth area, perform fixation of lesser quantity of vertebral-motor segments that causes no negative impact upon child's further growth and vertebral movements volume in surgical area, decreases traumatism, duration of operation and blood loss in the course of surgical interference.
