FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering, in particular, to absorbers of electromagnet waves, and may be used in equipment of anechoic chambers and screened premises. Absorber represents a hollow dielectric casing in the form of tetrahedral pyramid with socular base in the form of rectangular prism, with rounded ribs of pyramidal part filled with filler. Body is made of not easily combustible polymer, and filler used is represented by not easily combustible dry mixtures of highly stable components on the basis of cellulose materials and carbon fiber. Rounding of ribs in pyramidal part of absorber body provides for reduced coefficient of reflection in working range of electromagnet waves. Besides, absorber is light, high-quality and ecologically safe item with high operation life.
EFFECT: reduced reflection coefficient in working range of electromagnet waves.
