SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for detection and demodulation of data transfers in wireless communication systems. According to method, adaptive threshold is used to detect received data transfers. Threshold may be defined for every hypothetically received data transfer. Threshold may be calculated, for instance, on the basis of signal and noise energy in hypothetical data transfer.
EFFECT: possibility to detect message errors, when code with errors detection (CRC) and other error detection mechanisms are not available.
