SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and in particular to the field of confectionery production. Filling for candy consists of maximum 10-12% of sugar, 27.5-31% of steamed at a temperature of 90-120°C and grated water-melon peel, 56-62% of grated melon pulp, 0.5-1% of poppy-seed. Derived product has sulphur colour, tastes like kiwi, is enriched with vitamins, organic acids, pectin, cellulose, mineral salts.
EFFECT: obtaining product which tastes like kiwi, is enriched with vitamins, organic acids, pectin, cellulose, mineral salts.
