SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing technology of meat-and-vegetable canned food. The production method of "Kuiruk Koshkon" includes cutting and freezing green onion, blanching and mincing garlic, cutting mutton fat oil, mixing the listed components under oxygen-free conditions with acetic acid, table salt and hot black pepper, ageing till its marinated, cutting mutton, stuffing it with marinated mixture, breaded in wheat flour and frying in the melted fat, cutting and freezing asparagus and mixing it under oxygen-free conditions with table salt to obtain garnish, packing mutton, garnish and bone broth, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: obtaining new canned food with improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
