FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The device for processing the acetabulum during hip arthroplasty consists of a cutter, rods, a guide and has the first, second, third and fourth blocks, a model of an imprint of an unchanged bone for fixation to an area of an unchanged bone, made on the basis of computed tomography data of a model of an imprint of an unchanged bone with two parallel through holes for the rods, and a trial acetabular component of the endoprosthesis, identical to the implant being installed in shape and size, designed virtually and made of plastic. The guide is made in the form of a tube. The first and second blocks are made with two parallel through holes and are fixedly fixed at the ends of the guide so that the parallel through holes of the blocks are pairwise coaxial. The third block is movable and is located on the guide between the first and second blocks and is connected by means of a tension spring to a latch located on the tube in the area of the second block, with the possibility of rotation around the tube and moving along the axis of the tube. The third movable block has two parallel through holes perpendicular to the axis of the guide. The fourth block contains a latch for a drill with a cutter and is fixedly connected to the guides located in parallel through holes of the third block, with the possibility of moving in the holes and also contains a depth gauge located on the same axis with the axis of the cutter of the drill in the hole with the thread of the fourth block, made in in the form of a threaded stud, at the end of which there is a hemisphere with a diameter equal to the diameter of the cutter. The trial acetabular component of the endoprosthesis has the possibility of fixed fixation to the second block using two bolts with nuts inserted through the holes of the trial acetabular endoprosthesis component and through parallel holes of the second block, the latter being made corresponding to the holes of the imprint of the unchanged bone. The guide can be put on the rods in such a way that the first block is in full contact with the imprint of the unaltered area of the bone.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification of processing of the acetabulum, expansion of the functionality of the prototype, increase in the accuracy of bone tissue processing and, as a result, preservation of the maximum possible amount of the processed pelvic bone.
