SUBSTANCE: proposed winder contains a base sidepiece (4), sector (6) drum, corresponding sector (7) of the upper sidepiece and a coaxial device (2). The sidepiece (4) of the base serves as the base for the reel. Sector (6) of the drum is connected with the hinge (41) with the base and the upper part is mobile, changing the form of the drum from the cylindrical one for winding until it is a compressed conical for extracting the reel. Sector (7) of the upper sidepiece with the help of hinges (10) is connected with the sectors (6) of the drum of the upper part and is made with the capability of moving from the sectors of the drum corresponding to the horizontal radial position in an upward turned position to provide extraction of the reel and vice versa. Coaxial device (2) is made with the possibility of displacement lengthwise along the axis of drum and contains device (61) with the rigging and rack device (22) of the displacement of sectors (6) drum and sectors (7) sidepiece. With the omitted coaxial device (2) levers (61) are directed upward and remove sectors (6) drum, while the rack device (22) it turns sectors (7) upward. With the raised coaxial device (2) levers (61) have a possibility of displacement in essence to the radial position and ejections of sector (6) drum outside, while lath (22) is achieved turning from the sector (7) sidepiece downward, mainly to the horizontal position.

EFFECT: invention relates to drum type winder with the vertical axis for the wire or the rolled wire.
