FIELD: treatment facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment plants for waste water contaminated with organic substance and to the treatment method implemented in the related plant. The waste water treatment plant contains at least one reaction vessel provided with at least one waste water inlet and one clean waste water outlet. The vessel also includes, at least, one vent duct and a unit for at least one oxidising gas infusion. The reaction vessel has a layer of material capable of catalysing reaction of organic material oxidation in the said waste water and/or absorbing the said organic material. The reaction vessel includes also immersed membrane of filtration unit. In addition, unit for at least one oxidising gas infusion and waste water inlet are available on the bottom of reaction vessel to infuse oxidising gas and waste water in parallel flows in the direction of catalyst layer and then, in the direction of filtration unit membrane.

EFFECT: invention allows for optimising oxidation operation and using small amounts of clean products.
