For increasing of wear resistance of forming and metalcutting tool method includes treatment by cold in medium of condensed gas at temperature -150…-269°C with simultaneous influence on details by impact mechanical oscillations with amplitude up to 3 mm and impact electromagnetic field with intenseness up to 250 kA/m.
EFFECT: complex influence by cold, impact oscillations and impact electromagnetic field provides essentially increase effectiveness of machinery treatment at simultaneous reduction of power inputs and production cost of magneto- impact unit.
