FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for forecasting of intolerance to contact lenses at the patients using contact correction after carrying out of photorefractive operations. The way is characterised that 1-2 hours prior to selection of contact lenses the biochemical research of a plaintive liquid including: pH of tears, urea concentration (mmol/l), value of creatine phosphokinase activity (Ed/l) and lactate dehydrogenase (Ed/l) is carried out; and if pH of tears is less than 6.6; concentration of urea is more than 5.6; value of creatine phosphokinase activity is less than 21.5; value of lactate dehydrogenase activity is more than 17.5, intolerance to contact lenses at patients after photorefractive operations is prognosticated.
EFFECT: rising of accuracy of the forecast.
