FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention refers to system of milking, to vacuum source and to method of vacuum supplying. The milking system for milk livestock consists of the first and the second milking machines and of a vacuum source for providing milking machines with vacuum via pipelines; the system is equipped with means of control designed to regulate the vacuum source depending on requirements of vacuum from the side of the milking machines; also the control means are designed to recognise operation mode of milking machines so, that one milking machine is capable to operate in any operational mode independently from another; the milking system also consists of means of control facilitating choice of operational mode for the vacuum source. The vacuum source for vacuum supply via the pipelines consists of the first and the second vacuum-pumps and of a control system designed to measure consumed air flow and additionally designed to control over operation of each of the said the first and the second vacuum-pumps on the ground of measured consumed air flow.

EFFECT: developed devices and method reduce power consumption.
