FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by potatoes and cucumbers cutting and blanching, parsley and dill leaves cutting and freezing, fresh green peas freezing, mixing of listed components with table salt and calcium gluconate, rabbit meat chopping, its mixing with table salt to obtain mince. Mince forming to obtain quenelles, packing of quenelles, obtained mixture and mayonnaise in the predefined ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
