FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: chicken is chopped, mixed with table salt to obtain mincemeat. Then it is formed to obtain ballotins. Chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and cut; potatoes are cut and blanched; parsley green and dill are cut and frozen, fresh green peas are frozen. Chicken eggs, potatoes, green peas, parsley dill green and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions. The ballotins, resultant mixture and mayonnaise are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: diversification of available food products; improved digestibility of preserve foods as compared to standard analogues.
