FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology, and can be used to early diagnose POAG in young people with mild and moderate myopia. Diagnostic data obtained in accordance with nosology: questionnaire survey of modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors according to ICO 2016; protocols of static computer perimetry according to the 30-2 threshold test program using the SITA-Standard algorithm, as well as color perception using the Famsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test (FM 100) are included in the unified algorithm of actions of an ophthalmologist proposed by us to identify the dispensary group of POAG in patients with mild to moderate myopia. Data analysis is carried out using convolutional neural networks in the “deep-learning” mode under conditions of mass screening of the population. The result of the algorithm is the formation of a dispensary group based on the identified risk factors for POAG based on the results of a questionnaire, analysis of static computer perimetry protocols according to the 30-2 threshold test program using the SITA-Standard algorithm), as well as color perception using the Famsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test (FM 100).
EFFECT: invention provides an algorithm of action for an ophthalmologist, which, with minimal time costs, will reduce the risk of late detection of POAG in young people with mild and moderate myopia and will allow prescribing pathogenetic treatment.
