SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular gynecology, and can be used at routine inspections for revealing of patients with high risk of tumor-like formations development and tumours of ovaries and definition of further medical tactics. The anamnesis collecting is spent by realisation of statistical examination of the patient on the expert scale containing set of risk factors for each of tumor-like formations of an ovary - cysts of a yellow body, a follicular cyst, paraovarian cysts, for benign ovary tumours - a simple serous cystadenoma, papillary serous cystadenoma, mucinous cystadenoma, fibroma, thecoma, mature teratoma and for a cancer of ovaries and numerical value of their presence or absence. The received numerical value are summarised and at size of the sum of numerical value to a minus 10, the patient is related to group of low risk, at size of the sum of numerical value from a minus 10 to 0, the patient is related to group of moderate risk and at size of the sum of numerical value more than 0 the patient is related to group of high risk.

EFFECT: way allows carrying out early differential diagnostics of tumours and tumor-like formations.
