SUBSTANCE: method for determination of the risk of highly-malignant serous ovarian carcinoma development (HMSOC) based on changes in the cellular composition of fallopian tube epithelium includes application of an equation with inclusion of a number of secretory cells proliferation sites (SCP), secretory cells spread (SCS) and patients age (AGE, at least 47 years): HMSOC=0.22*SCP+0.055*SCS-0.068*AGE+0.72, when the function value is above 1.663, the patient refers to a high-risk group for HMSOC, when the value is less than 1.663 - to a low-risk group.

EFFECT: early diagnosis of serous ovarian carcinomas of high degree of malignancy.
