SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical gynaecology, medical genetics and molecular diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of endometrial hyperplasia in Russian women who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation with normal body weight. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood. Performing analysis of polymorphic markers rs11031002 and rs11031005 of the FSHB gene, rs117585797 of the ANO2 gene and rs34670419 of the ZKSCAN5 gene. When detecting a combination of genotypes rs11031002-TT of the FSHB gene x rs117585797-CC of the ANO2 gene x rs11031005-TT of the FSHB gene x rs34670419-GG of the ZKSCAN5 gene, high risk of developing endometrial hyperplasia in women with normal body weight is predicted.
EFFECT: obtaining new criteria for assessing an increased risk of endometrial hyperplasia in women with normal body weight of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black Earth region of the Russian Federation, which have no relationship to each other, based on data on polymorphic markers rs11031002 of the FSHB gene, rs117585797 of the ANO2 gene, rs11031005 of the FSHB gene, rs34670419 of the ZKSCAN5 gene.
