SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical gynaecology, medical genetics and molecular diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of developing endometrial hyperplasia in women of Russian nationality, who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation with overweight or obesity. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood. Analysis of polymorphic markers rs11031002 and rs11031005 of the FSHB gene, rs117585797 of the ANO2 gene and rs148982377 of the ZNF789 gene. When detecting a combination of genotypes rs11031002-TT of the FSHB gene × rs117585797-CC of the ANO2 gene × rs11031005-TT of the FSHB gene × rs148982377-TC of the ZNF789 gene high risk of developing endometrial hyperplasia in overweight or obese women is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing an increased risk of endometrial hyperplasia in women with overweight or obesity of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black Earth region of the Russian Federation and having no relationship to each other based on data on polymorphic markers rs11031002 of the FSHB gene, rs117585797 of the ANO2 gene, rs11031005 of the FSHB gene, rs148982377 of the ZNF789 gene.
