FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in reactor reagents are mixed and interaction of reagents takes place to produce semi-product for production of mineral fertilisers. Tubular reactor for production of ammonium phosphate pulp, including body with coaxially installed device supplying ammonia, nozzle supplying acid and nozzle for pulp discharge at the end of body, differs by the fact that device supplying ammonia is arranged in the form of nozzle, at the end of which distributor is installed, its part is equipped with external thread and connected to nozzle for ammonia supply, and part that does not enter nozzle is perforated with holes, length of which is not less than two diametres of hole, at that angle of hole axes inclination to reactor axis makes 45-90 degrees, in direction to nozzle of pulp discharge from body. At that distributor is made of material, which is not adhesive to produced pulp and has coefficient of linear expansion 5-15 times higher compared to material of ammonia supplying nozzle.
EFFECT: minimised sticking of produced ammonium phosphate pulp on internal nozzle and reactor body.
