FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a rolling device representing a master gear wheel made up of separate plates made as plate springs with central bore and teeth. The periphery of plate springs represents a truncated cone. The springs are stacked in pairs, their teeth facing each other, to make a pack so that the cones' larger bases face each other. The springs seat, with a slide fit, on the hollow shaft and are locked against slipping thereon with lock pins rigidly fixed on one end of the said hollow shaft. The shaft other end accommodates a sleeve-like striker with its one end in contact with the pack of springs, while its other end is arranged in the hydraulic cylinder fitted on the hollow shaft.
EFFECT: reduced inaccuracy of machining, higher quality and increased wear resistance of machined part.
