FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining gear wheels by surface plastic deformation. Roller comprises reference gear wheel. Gear wheel tooth working surface is provided with steel wire rods. Roller includes also induction motor with stator and rotor. Reference gear wheel has ring gear fitted on hub. Said hub makes rotor of said end induction motor. One teeth of said ring gear feature faces made up of tooth-shaped plates while wire rods are arranged along the teeth. Other teeth of ring gear are bent to match with teeth shape, are stacked to be secured on hub with wire rods located across teeth direction. Teeth with wire rods arranged along tooth alternate with those arranged across it.
EFFECT: expanded processing performances, higher quality and efficiency.
