FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: first version of the method consists in the fact that prepolymer in melted condition is continuously supplied from channel of prepolymer supply to polymerisation reactor. Further prepolymer is unloaded from holes of porous plate and is polymerised by reaction of polycondensation in melt in process of discharge on substrate at lower pressure. Produced resin in melt condition without hardening is transferred at least in one moulding machine. Pressure of transfer in moulding machine is controlled so that pressure is maintained at arbitrary level from 0.1 to 100 MPa (absolute pressure). Pressure is maintained by means of (I) control of discharged amount from unloading pump of polymerisation reactor at the level of 1-100 from value of prepolymer supply flow and by means of (II) return of resin unloaded from unloading pump to bottom of polymerisation reactor comprising pipeline connected to discharged flow from unloading pump of polymerisation reactor and bottom of polymerisation reactor, and system of pressure measurement at the outlet and control of opening extent of polymer return valve or return pressure valve installed in pipeline. Resin polymerised by reaction of polycondensation in melt represents polymer selected from group that contains aliphatic polyethers, aliphatic polyamides, aliphatic polycarbonates, aliphatic aromatic polyethers, aliphatic aromatic polyamides, aliphatic aromatic polycarbonates, aromatic polyethers and aromatic polyamides. According to the second version of the method, unloading of melt resin from reactor of polymerisation is realised with application of at least two unloading pumps, and resin transfer is realised at least into two moulding machines and/or granulating machines. Device for production of moulded product according to the first version includes channel of prepolymer supply in reactor of polymerisation having bottom and substrate, porous plate with holes, unloading pump, pipeline connected to discharged flow from unloading pump, system of pressure measurement at the inlet, valve of polymer return or return pressure valve installed in pipeline, and moulding machine. Device for production of moulded product according to the second version includes channel of prepolymer supply in reactor of polymerisation having bottom and substrate, porous plate with holes, at least two unloading pumps, pipeline connected to discharged flow from unloading pump, system of pressure measurement at the inlet, valve of polymer return or return pressure valve installed in pipeline, and at least two moulding machines and/or granulating machines.
EFFECT: high-quality molded product with high yield, good colour and lower content of side products.
