FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for manufacturing of details, for instance, blades of gas-turbine engines (GTE). For effectiveness increasing of process of casts sealing and reliability enhancement of details from them by means of reduction in casts of shrink and gaseous sponginess, casts are located in aerostat and jointly implemented homogenising and forming operation with isolation of casts during not less than 5 minutes and following cooling of casts at a rate not less than 30 grad/min. Temperature of homogenising T is chosen from the condition T>TBγ', where TBγ' - temperature of dissolution beginning of γ' - phase. Pressure in aerostat is not less than 100 MPa.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of casts sealing process and reliability enhancement of parts.
