FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to production of articles from a granulated high-temperature nickel alloy, and can be used to manufacture discs of gas turbine engines operating at temperatures up to 800 °C and higher. Method for obtaining a product from a granulated heat-resistant nickel alloy includes the preparation of granules, filling the pellets in a capsule, hot isostatic pressing to obtain a preform, hot deformation for two or more operations. Before hot deformation, the homogenizing annealing of the workpiece is carried out, in which the preform is heated to a temperature of 300–700 °C below the temperature of complete dissolution γ'-phases, then the workpiece is heated at a speed of 50–70 °C/h to a temperature of 5–10 °C above the temperature of complete dissolution γ'-phases, keep, cool to a temperature of 50–100 °C below the temperature of complete dissolution γ'phases and maintained with further cooling in air. Hot deformation is carried out with heating the preform to a temperature of 40–120 °C below the temperature of complete dissolution γ'-phases.

EFFECT: uniform fine-grained structure is provided, increase in the metal utilization factor.
