FIELD: treatment of cast parts made from high-temperature nickel alloys including gas turbine engines and other castings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes hot isostatic molding and heat treatment. Hot isostatic molding is performed in two-stage mode. At first stage, part is heated from room temperature to temperature of 1000-1100°C and is held at this temperature and at argon pressure of 130-150 Mpa for 0.5-1.5 h. At second stage, heating the part is continued to hardening temperature of alloy; argon pressure is increased to 150-170 Mpa; part is held under these conditions for 1.5-2 h after which it is cooled under gas static conditions.
EFFECT: improved mechanical properties of parts, strength and fatigue limit in particular due to avoidance of shrinkage pores and forming of optimal conditions.
