FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricant compositions and can be used in machine building for treatment of friction pairs, as well as during operation of mechanisms and machines for extension of overhaul period or during maintenance and repair work. Method involves mixing in hydrocarbon binder natural disperse material containing vermiculite, modified natural high-molecular polysaccharide-chitosan. Vermiculite is treated with solution 12 % hydrochloric acid in amount of 10-15 ml of 12 % hydrochloric acid per 1 g of vermiculite, after which acid-modified vermiculite is treated in 1.5 % solution of chitosan, dissolved in 2 % acetic acid in amount of 2 ml per 1 g of acid-modified vermiculite, and then deposited by 12.5 % ammonia solution to pH = 7, then to obtained gel chitosan and vermiculite added saturated solution of magnesium carbonate heated to temperature of 120-130 °C, formed precipitate is filtered and dried on air, then mixed with hydrocarbon binder.

EFFECT: obtained composition provides higher stability, strength and durability of antifriction coatings.
