FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: automated system of open or covered parking of cars with different external dimensions is related to car parking systems under conditions of its operation both in open parking lots and covered parking structures. Automated system of open or covered parking of cars with different external dimensions with maximum density of parking area use at single-level horizontal placement of cars consists of transformable parking equipment, including metal frame installed on concrete base that contains metal guides and limiter, and platform-trays with cars placed on them that displaced along metal guides of metal frame with the help of remote control. All area of parking is divided into parking zones, in every of which on concrete base metal frame is installed, size of which strictly corresponds to size of parking area, metal frame consists of metal rectangular single-size frame-modules that are horizontally placed on concrete base and are rigidly fixed to each other, and their size is related to size of platform-trays displaced along them, size of which depends on external dimensions of cars placed on them and limiter arranged in the form of metal side strip-guide, which is fixed along perimetre of metal frame at the height of displaced platform-tray, number "n" of metal rectangular frame-modules corresponds to number "n-1" of platform-trays.

EFFECT: maximum density of parking area use in open or covered parking at single-level horizontal placement of cars.
