FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rechargeable power system (RPS) and methods of controlling rechargeable fuel elements (RFE) in the said system. In compliance with the proposed invention, RPS comprises a drill column to operate inside the wellbore and furnished with fuel element system, generator connected with the aforesaid system, turbine to be rotated by drill fluid pressure onto one or more turbine blade and coupled with the generator. Note here that the said fuel element system is designed to supply power, at least, with no drill fluid circulating in drill column, and to recharge the generator with drill fluid circulating in drill column. The proposed method of controlling the rechargeable wellbore fuel elements comprises control over drill fluid feed pressure, determining if aforesaid pressure drops below threshold value, stopping fuel element discharge is the said pressure drops below the said threshold value.
EFFECT: production of compact RPS.
