SUBSTANCE: periodical modulation of one or more working parametres is proposed, for instance, electric current released from the fuel elements packet, and air flow into this packet inside the fuel elements assembly, during rehydration intervals for interrupted increase of hydration levels of the fuel elements packet independently on consumption of electric current generated in the fuel elements assembly, by the external load with simultaneous maintenance of electric current supply into this external load.
