SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to electric engineering. Assessment method for the current condition and parametres monitoring includes assessment of values, which are specific for galvanic element condition. The galvanic element condition is assessed by means of a condition filter. Values specific for galvanic element parametres are assessed by means of a parametre filter. The information exchanged between condition filter and parametre filter is also assessed. A device intended for the current galvanic element condition and parametre assessing consists of the following: element 1 to assess values specific for power source condition and element 2 to assess values specific for power source parametres. The above mentioned elements are interconnected to exchange information between them.

EFFECT: wide area of application, improved accuracy and easy parametres measuring.
