SUBSTANCE: device (36) comprises a unit (42) for forecasting of inner conditions and a unit (44) for identification of charge condition. The unit (42) for forecasting of inner conditions creates forecasting of inner conditions of an accumulator battery on the basis of a model for an accumulator battery, where each inner condition is related to distribution of charge in an accumulator battery, corrects forecasting of inner conditions depending on measured properties of the accumulator battery and applies the corrected forecasting of the inner conditions while developing subsequent forecasts of inner condition. The unit (44) for identification of charge condition generates an assessed status of charge (SOC) as a function of forecasted inner conditions.
EFFECT: possibility to generate improvement assessments of charge status.
