FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgery, can be used in gastroenterology in surgical correction of insufficiency of esophagus-stomach passage. Stomach is sewn to esophagus. Esophagus is put into fold between stomach walls by applying circular suture. First stick is made into serous-muscular layer of cardial part of stomach 1.5-2 cm from esophagus-stomach passage from the side of lesser stomach curvature. Then stick into muscular layer of esophagus from the side of lesser stomach curvature 1 cm from esophagus-stomach passage is made. The following stick is performed into serous-muscular layer of cardial part of stomach with further stick into muscular layer of esophagus. Applied circular suture is tightened to diametre of esophagus-stomach passage not less than 1 cm. Method allows to recover esophagus-stomach gradient without application of traumatic operation techniques, is technically simple.

EFFECT: reduction of recurrence number due to increase of reliability of fixation of fundal part of stomach to esophagus, recovery of lower esophageal sphincter in abdominal cavity, increase of sagittal angle of entrance of esophagus into stomach, recovery of adequate abdominal part of esophagus.
