FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used in surgical correction of esophagodastric junction incompetence. Substance of the method consists in the formation of a cuff of a fundal part of stomach to be anchored within the lesser curvature of stomach to a medial wall of the oesophagus by seromuscular suturing. After the cuff is anchored to the oesophagus, a flap is cut out of the coronary ligament of the liver so that to form a constrictor whereto the cuff is anchored.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows preventing the cuff from slipping and reducing risk of injuries of oesophagus tissues that in turn provides decrease in number of postoperative complications.
