SUBSTANCE: proposed mixture contains aluminium and cinder, consisting of haematite, magnetite and iron oxide, as well as potassium perchlorate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: Al 27-30, KClO4 18-27, cinder - the rest.
EFFECT: stable redox reaction, stable burning and removal of rust from the cleaned surface.
