SUBSTANCE: method of supplying heat flows at deriving rectified alcohol in distiller, consisting of direct steam source, beer, rectifying, epuration and fusel-oil concentrating columns, comprises direct steaming by rectifying and fusel-oil concentrating columns. Herewith distillation processes are carried out under reduced pressure in beer column, under atmospheric or reduced pressure in epuration column and under increased pressure in rectifying and fusel-oil concentrating columns. Epuration column is heated with fusel-oil concentrating column steam and beer column is heated with rectifying column steam. According to the second version of method, distiller additionally contains methanol and ether columns. In this case methanol column is heated with epuration column steam and ether column is heated with condensate self-evaporation steam released from exchangers-heaters of rectifying and fusel-oil concentrating columns. Method pursuant to its both versions provides additional heating of epuration column with rectifying column steam.

EFFECT: increasing quality of alcohol while reducing energy consumption.
