FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for distillation of wash in the wash column, epuration of wash distillate with supply of hydraulic selection water onto the upper plate of the epuration column, rectification of epurate in the rectification column with extraction of fusel oil fractions, fusel alcohol and non-pasteurised alcohol, cleaning rectified alcohol of methanol and head admixtures in methanol column. Vapour condensate from the epuration column condenser and the fusel condenser is delaminated into two liquid phases in the distillate separator and in the decanter accordingly. The lower water stratum of liquid from the decanter and from the distillate separator is accordingly delivered into the zone of fusel oil fraction bleeding from the epuration column splitter part and into the reflux from the epuration column reflux exchanger. This reflux is divided in two flows, one of them delivered into the middle zone of the epuration column concentration part while the other, together with fusel alcohol, is delivered onto the supply plate of the distillate column. From the liquid phase of this column digestion part lower plates ethanol fraction is discharged and directed onto the upper plates of the epuration column splitter part. Vapour condensate from the distillate column condenser is joined with the upper liquid strata from the distillate separation and the decanter and discharged from the wash-rectification installation in the form of head and intermediate admixtures fraction. Fractions from the wash, methanol and rectification columns condensers, the carbon dioxide separator condenser and the alcohol traps are supplied into the column for concentration of methanol and head impurities. On the digestion and the concentration parts plates and in the reflux exchanger of the said column whereof proceeds with digestion and concentration of methanol, acetic aldehyde and other head impurities, concentrate fraction whereof is bled from the column condenser and discharged from the wash-rectification system while still liquor is returned into the wash.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance organoleptic properties of rectified alcohol and increased its yield.
