FIELD: production of rectified edible alcohol.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes wort rectification in plant having heated columns equipped with dephlegmators and condensers: wort fractionating column, fractionating column, rectifying column and final cleaning column; method includes distillation of wort in wort fractionating column for obtaining wort distillate and fractionated water-and-alcohol vapor from hollow insert between boiling and fractionating sections of this column which is used for heating the fractionating column. Wort distillate thus obtained is cleaned in fractionating column working in hydro-selection mode at simultaneously taking the fraction of overhead and intermediate admixtures and obtaining the fractionation intermediate product which is cleaned in rectifying column at discharge of fractions of fusel oil, fusel alcohol and non-pasteurized alcohol, thus obtaining rectified ethyl alcohol which is cleaned in final cleaning column and final product is discharged from still of this column. Wort distillate is cleaned in fractionating column having stripping, boiling and concentration sections. Heating of stripping column is effected with live steam through boiler of fractionating column. Boiling and concentration sections of this column are additionally heated with fractionated water-and-alcohol vapor from wort fractionating column which is introduced into vapor space of upper plate of stripping section. Before cleaning the fractionation intermediate product, additional cleaning of this product from organic acids and other tailings, as well as from components of fusel oil and other intermediate admixtures is effected by taking the byproduct from fractionating column still. Reinforcing of fractionation intermediate product with ethyl alcohol is performed on plates of lower zone of boiling section. Concentration section of fractionating column is divided into two zones by means of partition fitted with drain sleeve without holes for passage of vapor which is fed to wort section of fractionating column dephlegmator where it is partially condensed. Phlegm cleaned from admixtures is directed to upper plate of lower zone of fractionating column concentration section and vapor enriched with admixtures from dephlegmator wort section is introduced into vapor space above partition and is used for heating the upper zone of fractionating column concentration section working at increased specific consumption of hydro-selection water. Fraction of fusel oil from rectifying column, fraction of intermediate admixtures from lower zone of boiling section of fractionating column and hydro-selection water are fed to upper plate of concentration section of fractionating column. Vapor from upper plate of fractionating column is directed to water section of dephlegmator where it is additionally reinforced with admixtures which are taken from condenser in form of fraction of overhead and intermediate admixtures and is evacuated from wort rectification system.
EFFECT: improved quality of rectified alcohol; low cost of process.
