FIELD: alcohol industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of supplying heat flows when producing rectified alcohol is carried out in a brew rectification plant comprising a source of direct steam, mash column (1), rectification (3), epuration (5), fusel-oil concentrating (8), methanol (10) and ether (12) columns. Rectification (3) and epuration columns (5) are heated by means of direct steam. Brew rectification processes are carried out at high pressure in rectification (3) and epuration columns (5) and at low pressure in mash (1), methanol (10), fusel-oil concentrating (8) and ether columns (12). Rectification column (3) operating at increased pressure is heated with direct steam; with steam leaving rectification column (3), mash column (1) is heated, in which low pressure is maintained; with steam escaping from the mash column, methanol column (10) is heated; with steam leaving epuration column (5), fusel-oil concentrating (8) and ether column (12) is heated, in which low pressure is maintained.

EFFECT: improved quality of rectified alcohol at low power consumption.
