FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: water-alcohol solution (grading) is prepared by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol LUX and water with concentration of 40%. The solution is thoroughly mixed, purified on a carbon purifying battery and the vodka is taken to a smoothing tub. An alcohol infusion of rye bread is prepared by flooding with the water-alcohol solution with concentration of 50% in ratio of 1:10 of rye bread per kg, infusion for 5 days and then discharging the infusion. The infusion is thoroughly filtered. The carbon module Alcosoft is dissolved in warm treated water and then taken to the smoothing tub together with the infusion. Glucose and lactose are dissolved in treated water in ratio of 5:1, filtered and the successively added to the smoothing tub. Contents of the tub are thoroughly mixed after adding each ingredient. Vodka is bottled with mandatory control filtration. The following ingredients are used to prepare 1000 decalitres of vodka: 7.0-8.0 l rye bread alcohol infusion for first discharge, 2.5-3.5 kg of the carbon module Alcosoft, 4.5-5.5 kg glucose, 0.5-1.5 kg lactose, rectified ethyl alcohol Lux and treated water - the rest.
EFFECT: high quality of the end product, endowing vodka with subtle tinge of fresh cabbage in the aftertaste, vodka has taste mark of 9,68.
