SUBSTANCE: vodka contains following ingredients according to withdrawal of components for 1000 dhal of end product: alcolised infusion of pine nuts of 1 draw-off 1.5-1.7 litres, natural honey - 2.5-3.5 kg, glucose "Glusideks" syrup 2.0-4.0 kg, rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water - according to blending with alcoholic content 40%. Vodka has mild, slightly astringent taste, almost inaudible aroma of buckwheat, taste grade - 9.7.
EFFECT: high organoleptical characteristics, high level of biological activity and expanded range of vodkas.
