SUBSTANCE: vodka contains water-alcohol liquid based on rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water, 20% steviya extract, succinic acid and complex food additive "Carbohydrate "Alkolux" module" using the following components concentration on 1000 decalitres of end product. 20% steviya extract 0.15-1.0 litres, succinic acid 0.05-0.33 kg,; complex food additive "Carbohydrate "Alkolux" module" 1.5-10.0 kg; rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water - according to blending with alcoholic content 40%. Vodka has mild, inimitable taste, almost imperceptible aroma of linden flowers.
EFFECT: improved organoleptical characteristics, high biological activity and expanded range of vodkas.
