FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for melts refinement from aluminium alloys in preference high-alloy. Method of aluminium alloys vacuum treatment includes pouring of heated melt into furnace, creation of vacuum in furnace, melt isolation in vacuum during 45÷90 minutes in the range of temperatures higher liquidus point for 15÷30°C at residual pressure 1.33×102÷18.62×102 Pa.
EFFECT: reduction of being duration of molten metal in holding furnace, keeping of modifying agent effect, receiving of uniform fine-grained structure and reduction of hydrogen content in casting ingots, reduction of defects amount in manufactured deformed semi-finished products.
