METHOD OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF GASTROINTESTINAL FORM OF Ig E-INDEPENDENT FOOD ALLERGY IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2657759 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to allergology in pediatrics, pediatric gastroenterology, and can be used to diagnose Ig E-independent food allergies. Method consists in examining the child's coprofiltrate, to determine the total level of nitrogen oxide metabolites (N0) by the enzyme immunoassay, which is accepted as a diagnostic criterion, at the values of the total level of NO metabolites below 230.00 mcmol/L differentiate the gastrointestinal form of Ig E of an independent food allergy from another pathology of the gastrointestinal tract. Invention is an informative, non-invasive way of differential diagnosis of the gastrointestinal form of Ig E-independent food allergy in children of any age, allowing timely determination of the pathogenetic therapy tactics.

EFFECT: use of invention will from an early age of the child prevent the development of exacerbations and complications associated with food intake; proposed method of diagnosis is technically simple, allows to get reliable information about the genesis of gastrointestinal disorders in children in a short time, and its introduction does not require large economic costs.
