SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental surgery. The way lies in preliminary performance of the flat-topped cut, having receded on perimetre from a place of a prospective longitudinal section of an anterior abdominal wall. A dermal flap is separated from a musculoaponeurotic layer. An explant is placed between musculoaponeurotic flaps having preliminary removed the epithelial lining peritoneums from an internal surface of the upper one. Aponeurosis duplications are created and all layers are fixed in points along the duplication edges. An operational wound is closed with a dermal flap, thus lines of seams at closing of an operational are placed outside of lines of the seams executed at bracing of an explant.

EFFECT: way allows investigate material of an explant and to develop indications and contraindications to its use on the person qualitatively in a preclinical stage.
