FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bioorgans curing method preservation of a reservoir with bioorgan provided with perfusate in a container made of a material of Young modulus at least 216 GPa and supplied with walls of thickness with ultimate strength 0.15-0.85 GPa. The container is filled with the distilled water by 80-85% of its volume. Then the reservoir with bioorgan filled with perfusate and made of polymeric material, e.g. polyethylene, is placed therein. The bioorgan is arranged in the centre of the top third of the container volume. The distilled water is added to full volume of the container which is sealed and cooled to temperature - 20-22C° within 1-1.5 hours at cooling rate 0.3-0.5 degrees/minute. The invention allows preventing formation of extra- and intracellular ice crystals providing a main destructive factor at cryopreservation, and does not presuppose application of cryoprotective agents with cytotoxic action on a transplant.

EFFECT: improved effectiveness of the method and higher storage live of organs of any sizes.
