FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting, blanching and straining white roots and onions, freezing sugar peas and greens, mincing poultry fillet, browning wheat flour in melted butter, mixing the listed components with bone broth, white dry wine, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of black bitter pepper and bay leaf, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: new canned space food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
