FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An artificial intervertebral disk implanted between first and second adjacent vertebrae contains an external frame, an internal frame and an elastic core. The external frame contains cooperative first and second enclosures and a first enclosing cell. The first and second enclosures are relatively mutually movable. The internal frame comprises a cup and a cooperative cap. The cup and the cap are relatively mutually movable. Said internal frame limits a second cell. The cap and the cup of said internal frame have such size that any one of said cup or cap are placed in the other one of said cup or cap. The internal frame is substantially enclosed in a first cell of the external frame. The elastic core is substantially enclosed in the second cell of the internal frame. The core is pressed to the cup and the cap for elastic separation of said cup and cap.
EFFECT: invention provides a range of motion of the adjacent vertebrae around various axes, said motion is limited by the preset range within the limits of which motion of the adjacent vertebrae does not lead to an injury of the adjacent components of the vertebral structure.
