FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for preparation of suspensions, emulsions, solutions, destruction of suspended phases, intensification of chemical reactions by means of acoustic radiation energy effect at liquid. Working chamber of mixer is limited by radiating surface on one side, and by reflecting surface of resonator - on the other side. Resonator is installed in internal volume of mixer body and is fixed in thermal elastic deformable suspension. Internal cavity of suspension is filled wit working substance with temperature coefficient of expansion α. Size of this cavity in direction of deformation at temperature accepted as initial is determined based on expression L0=β/αf, where β is temperature coefficient of sound speed in processed liquid, f is frequency of acoustic oscillations.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of mixer during change of processed liquid temperature.
