FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating field and provided for anodisation of metallic surfaces, in preference surfaces of magnesium, magnesium alloys, aluminium and aluminium alloys. Aquatic compound includes phosphorus - and oxygen-containing anions; soluble in water inorganic hydroxide; surface-active agent; alcohol, containing group of alkaline radical, hydrolised alkaline silane or its mixture at pH of compound more than 7. Method includes stages: providing of the alloy's surface or its mixtures, which are anodised, that is used in the capacity of electrode; b) touchdown of mentioned surface to anodising solution; c) providing of the other electrode, which is contacting to specified anodising solution; and d) electric current passing between specified surface and mentioned electrode through the specified anodising solution. Coating includes metal phosphate, metal oxide and metal hydroxide, where one metal is selected from metals, contained in metallic surface, and additionally includes at least one polymer. Anodic finish allows thickness from 2 up to 50 micrometer, formed on the surface of magnesium or magnesium alloy, not sealed in by other coating, allows corrosion resistance less than 1% of corrosion area on plane surface after 300 hours or 336 hours of impact 5% NaCl during survey in salt spray.
EFFECT: porosity reduction, increasing of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
