FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine and can be used for modelling of an acute pyelonephritis. For this purpose the top third of ureter is narrowed for 2/3 of the initial diametre in an intraoperative manner. Then the centre of an aseptic necrosis in parenchyma of kidney is created by introduction of 0.5 ml of 10% calcium chloride solution with bacteriemic culture entered under the ultrasonic control. As a bacteriemic culture suspension of golden staphilococcus from calculation of 104 microbic bodies of 1 ml in a dose of 1 ml is used.
EFFECT: adequate reproduction of model.
